I went in for a job interview the guy was so rude I can't even explain that into words he said they don't want my kind there and then he told me to leave I've never been so insulted in my life and I would never work for a company as bad as that you guys need to get your crap straightened out. An attorney would love to hear this

HOW CAN I GET A REFUND FROM GETTING SICK FROM EATING FOOD FROM THERE?

I took my daughter to Dave & Busters on 06/24/2022 for an early sweet 16 birthday. There were 4 of us there. We asked for a table and the girl was extremely rude. When the waiter finally came to the table after sitting for 30 minutes waiting on someone to come take our order he kept looking away and made us keep having to repeat our order for drinks. It took about 30-40 minutes before receiving our drinks. We finally ordered our food. It took almost another 45 minutes before we received our food. We asked the waiter about how much longer to only get attitude and was told not to ask that question. When the food was brought to the table it wasn't what was ordered and it was cold. We didn't send it back because we didn't want to wait that long again so we ate what we could eat to only get sick from it and to mess up the rest of the night. I would like a refund for the food and messing up my daughter's sweet 16 birthday.

Discrimination and bad service

The service was horrible. The manager and two other associates were holding a friendly conversation while one waitress was serving a party of 15 or more. The food was cold and giving to wrong person, the appetizers never came out. The person that tried to help gave food to wrong people, which didn't help. I never ate, which I hadn't ate all day. When my family and I arrived there was no one at the register to ring us up. A greeter or whoever he was advised us someone would be up shortly. After about 10 minutes we decided to try to eat 1st and come back. It's first come first serve and all the tables were full but all the available tables were dirty making them unavailable so we went back to the front. there was still no one at the register after all this time which has now been at least 20 minutes. There were now two other families waiting and multiple employees walking past us saying someone was coming to assist us. I asked was there anyone else that could help us and we were told no, only the manager could do it but he was busy in the kitchen. Now there is a line from the register out the door and still no one at the front desk to ring any of us up for 30 mins. My kids were agitated and so were we and if it wasn't for my kids my husband and I would have left. I usually visit the Arundel Mills location but went to the White Marsh location in Nottingham because it is closer to my home. We spent over $500 between food and games with three children that day and when planning to spend that type of money I would choose to go somewhere else that provides better service than what I received. I'm also a person that does not complain and my phone has died and messed up several times which is the reason for my delayed response however I wanted to be sure was able to submit this review if I never ever submit another one In my lifetime. It was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere I have ever visited. also when we did go back to eat of course we had to ask someone to clean the table for us which she was nice about but he just simply wiped it with a rag. I thought with the covid-19 precaution still in place our cable would have been cleaned a little more thoroughly then a wipe down with a rag

User's recommendation: Take the ride and go a little further out to the Arundel Mills location and keep your cards so that you do not need to go to the cashier when visiting any Dave & Buster's. This way you can bypass and reload your card at the kiosk.

Waiter told me Happy hours started @4p.m.and it was only 3:30 p.m.so I saw margarita on menu for 3 bucks so I thought I was under the impression they was. I even pointed the margarita out to him. He never told me they didn't cost 3 bucks as I order 4 rounds for myself and daughter. Thinking drinks was half off @ 4p.m.The 2nd round of drinks was made incorrect. Then to receive my bill at the end, and learn my tab was $80.and smart *** African American manager only took off $10.

Closes 15 mins early, rude, doors locked at 30 mins before closing

Very rude service, used to be far better. Rude staff. Voice intercom sounds "its 12am and d&b is closed" -> when in reality its actually 11:45pm. This was the earliest, most days its 5-10 mins before. Doors are closed at 11:30pm, needing to beg other guests to open the door while the receptionist stares at her phone, pretending not to see or hear us. So rude! Feel unwanted. Security guard rushes people out the doors. By the time we get back on the road and hitting up a mcdonalds, its finally 12am. Dont think ill be returning and its a shame because out of all the D&Bs in my area, this was the best. The rest have turned into ghost towns.....i guesd this ones next. Customers get really annoyed -> its like us vs the staff.
